Built for residential contractors

Sent the estimate.
Heard nothing?

You measured the job. Worked out the price. Sent the quote. Now it’s silence. Proposal Upgrade + the Closing Playbook gives you a clearer way to explain your value, handle hesitation, and follow up toward a decision—not another “just checking in.”

Lots of estimates. Not enough yeses.

Your price might not be the problem. Your quote might be leaving questions unanswered.

If your estimate gives them a number but no clear reason to choose you, the sale is still unfinished. A stronger proposal and a purposeful follow-up give you a way to address that gap.

“We went with someone else.”

Help them compare more than the total. Make your actual scope, process, and verified credentials easy to understand.

“We’re putting it off.”

Ask what is holding the project up. Use the playbook to clarify timing or scope without inventing urgency.

No reply. Again.

Have a useful next message ready, a clear question to ask, and a respectful way to close the loop.

Proposal Upgrade + Closing Playbook

Don’t just send a quote. Know what to say next.

02

Editable version

A Word file you can revise, plus a blank reusable shell that matches the finished design.

03

Your follow-up plan

The Closing Playbook includes seven job-specific messages over 14 days, ready to adapt and send by email or text. Follow up with a purpose, not a nudge.

04

Replies for the hard part

Playbook scripts for price, timing, competing quotes, partner approval, and scope questions—so you can clarify the hesitation and ask for a next step.

No meeting required

Bring the estimate. Leave with a plan.

Designed to take less of your time, not add another system to manage.

  1. 1

    Order, then email your estimate

Pay through Stripe, then send your redacted estimate to hello@getproposalupgrade.com. Include your checkout email, business name, logo, website, and real warranty or scheduling facts. Remove homeowner contact details, signatures, and payment information.

  2. 2

We build your proposal and playbook

Your supplied facts become a structured proposal, job-specific follow-ups, and replies for common objections. We do not invent prices, credentials, warranties, or project details.

  3. 3

    Review and use it

Receive the files within 24 hours after complete inputs. One correction round is included if anything is unusable.

This is for you if…

You keep quoting. They keep going quiet.

  • Your typical residential job is $3,000+
  • You send estimates by email or text and struggle to get replies
  • You want a repeatable follow-up plan without new software
  • You can provide accurate job and company facts

Not a fit if…

You need estimating, legal, or engineering advice.

This service improves presentation and communication. It does not set prices, write legal terms, validate code compliance, or guarantee a sale.

A guarantee we can actually keep

On time and usable—or refunded.

If the promised files are not delivered within 24 hours after complete inputs arrive, or if a file is unusable and cannot be corrected within one revision, you receive a refund. We do not guarantee close rate or revenue.

Questions, answered

Before you send anything.

Do I need to get on a call?

No. The pilot is designed for async intake. If a critical job fact is unclear, we’ll ask by email.

Will you change my prices or scope?

No. We format and clarify only the facts you supply. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving all customer-facing material.

What should I remove before sending my estimate?

Please redact homeowner names, phone numbers, email addresses, signatures, and payment details. We need the job scope, line items, pricing, and relevant company information—not private customer data.

Can I reuse the design?

Yes. Your delivery includes an editable version and a blank proposal shell for future jobs.

Do you follow up with my customers for me?

No. You receive the proposal, templates, and Closing Playbook. You review the facts, send the messages, and handle customer conversations. This is not lead generation, an automated messaging service, or a done-for-you sales team.

Will this guarantee more closed jobs?

No. Budget, timing, competition, and your service all affect the decision. The package helps you explain the offer and follow up consistently; it cannot make every customer buy.

Why is the founding price only $79?

The first five customers receive pilot pricing in exchange for candid feedback. The planned standard price is $149 after those five spots.
